Joseph and Daiyu

Redesigns of old characters, Husband and wife duo, Joseph and Daiyu.

<sub>Joseph: Known as a kind ruler, though his judgements at times were harsh for the sake of many, his knowledge of the world was boundless and he was compassionate and very honest, making him much loved and respected among the dwellers.

Despite stepping down from his position, his presence lingers, leaving his son rather bitter and forever trying to create an equally as strong image for himself, although falling just short of everyone’s adoration and admiration.

Although knowledgeable of all things, he made it a habit to remain humble and feign ignorance when it came to those he loved, putting on his best surprised face when presented with exciting or not so exciting news, although it made him seem a little bit dopey at times because he was rather terrible at lying. He loved that his wife kept little secrets from him of gambling and sneaking out to mingle as she used to before marrying him, he finds it eases his mind to know that power has not changed her.

He’s a man of soft features; soft face, soft spoken, probably soft headed, and definitely a bleeding heart kind of person, Despite being an overseer of the dead he values and loves the life of others.

Daiyu: A level headed woman who brings stability to her small family and keeps her husbands head out of the clouds as he has a tendency to drift off into his own world.

Her son is spoiled and can be a bit nasty but she keeps him in line with a firm, but gentle disposition, her marriage into such high society has severed her from her previous ties but she keeps a humble demeanour in spite of this, she tends not to say much and keeps face in public as to not portray herself as anything but proper, but she is really a humble and down to earth woman who enjoys simple things like tea and blackjack.

Often times can be found gambling with the servants when her husband is busy enough not to notice.</sub>
